Mats Erik joined Explore Equity as an Investment Professional in 2020. Prior to joining Explore, Mats Erik worked at Boston Consulting Group where he spent most of his time supporting clients on strategy topics, due diligence and large transformations.

Mats Erik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Harvard University.
