Yana is an Investment Director at Explore Equity. Before joining the firm, Yana worked at Procuritas where she worked with majority ownerships with a focus on the Nordic mid-market. She lead transaction processes including due diligence workstreams, financing, valuation and negotiations, value creation plan and execution thereof via the board as well as deal origination. Yana’s main focus has been towards Consumer and Software. Prior to Procuritas, Yana worked at Novax, the investment company of the Axel Johnson Group and at EY Corporate finance.

Yana holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Financial Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University and Università Bocconi in Milan.
